CANCELLATION POLICY: Don’t be a lame duck! We require a credit card
for all appointments and at least 24 hours notice for cancellation to avoid being
charged the full price for your treatment. Groups of five or more require 72 hours
notice. Be EAUware!
CHECK-IN: When you are booked for a spa treatment, arrive at least 30 minutes
ahead of your scheduled reservation so that you may loll about in the Self-Centered
Garden and scrub-a-dub-dub in the bath lounges prior to your service.
JEWELRY: Please do not bring your bling to the spa. Eau Spa shall not be liable
for ANY loss of personal items even if stored in our lockers.
EAU-SO-LATE!: We can’t go quack in time. We will shorten your treatment
if we have another guest scheduled after you.
