5. ADJOURN TO ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

5.1 Elect Officers for 2015. (Each year the Board elects members to the offices of

President, Vice President, and Clerk).

5.2 Appoint Superintendent/Principal as Secretary to the Board of Trustees. (Under

the Education Board, the Board of Trustees must designate this position as

Secretary so it can perform various transactions.)

6. RECONVENE TO REGULAR MEETING

6.1 The Board of Trustees will reconvene to the regularly scheduled, December 8,

2014 meeting.
