INSTRUCTIONS:
The following charges are per day, unless otherwise specified. The Three Forks Rodeo Arena will have the arena ready
for use upon arrival of the event sponsor. The grounds will be free of trash and debris. The arena will be watered and
groomed. On-site trash containers plus a dumpster and a minimum of 2 portable restrooms will be provided. Grounds
should be free of trash with all trash bagged and deposited into on-site canisters prior to leaving the premises.
Garbage/Trash Deposit to be returned to renter upon post-event inspection.

The above signed applicant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the arena and agrees to leave the grounds at the
conclusion of the event in the same condition as at the beginning of the event. Applicant agrees and understands deposits will be
returned or applied to total charges if the foregoing terms are met. A Board member will inspect the grounds with the applicant at the
conclusion of the event to determine the condition of the facility.
