December is our favourite time at e Greenway and we can’t wait to deck the halls and get the mulled wine
simmering. e aroma of roaring res mingling with the fresh smell of pine from the Christmas trees is really quite
magical and we’re keen to get the celebrations started.
Everyone knows that Christmas is all about the food, and food has always been at the heart of our hotel. Our Head
Chef and kitchen team spend most of the year dreaming up even more indulgent ways of spoiling our guests with
their Christmas menus, with no exception this year.

Wreath Making Workshop - Tuesday 5th December
Arrive to tea & coee in the Drawing Room before partaking in a wreath making workshop led by our
inhouse orist. Followed by a two course festive lunch and mulled wine in our Garden Room.
Timings: 10:30am arrival, 11:00am workshop starts, lunch served at 1.00pm

Christmas Eve
Arrive and be whisked to your room before enjoying a Champagne cream tea in the Drawing Room. Later join us and fellow

Christmas Day

Boxing Day

Terms and Conditions
To secure all Christmas and New Year bookings a conrmation of your booking
is required in writing, together with a 50% non-refundable deposit upon
conrmation, with the remaining balance to be received by 1st November 2023.
e deposit will be deducted from the nal amount. Receipt of the deposit
constitutes a binding contract between the hotel and client. All additional
sundries will need to be settled on departure. Unless otherwise stated, wines and
beverages will be charged accordingly.
Accommodation will be available to guests from 3:00pm and is to be vacated by
11:00 am on the day of departure.
We recommend that travel insurance is taken to cover possible cancellations.
Private Parties and Events
Two weeks prior to the event we request guaranteed nal guest numbers and the
table plan. Should the number of guests be less than expected on the day of the
event, the guaranteed number of guests will be charged for. Any increases to the
number of guests on the day will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
In an event of cancellation, the following charges will be made:
Cancellation of a conrmed booking - loss of deposit in full.
Cancellation with less than 2 months notice - 50% of total charge.
Cancellation with less than 1 months notice - 75% of total charge.
Cancellation with less than 14 days notice - 100% of total charge.
