1. INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this document is to provide a step by step instruction for the Beneficiary Users,

to renew their membership online.

2. Checklist

Before proceeding with the online renewal below are the list of details which will be require;-

a) Beneficiary Membership Registration Number.

b) Mode of Payments: Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking or UPI (Unified Payments

Interface).

c) Valid email ID.

3. BENEFICIARY RENEWAL

There are two way where beneficiary can renew its membership online via NBOCWWB Official

Portal and Mobile App (Android). The instruction is given in section 3.1 and 3.2.

3.1. How to Renew Beneficiary Membership Online via NBOCWWB

Portal?

STEP-1: Go to NBOCWWB Portal

To renew membership in NBCOW Welfare Board Portal, visit the portal at

https://nbocw.nagaland.gov.in

Go to SERVICES >> Renewal

STEP-2: Enter Registration Number and Search

Enter your Registration Number and click on SEARCH

If the membership number is valid, the portal will proceed to the next renewal page. Enter your

email ID and proceed to online payment.

Note: Make sure the membership is valid and registered with NBCOW Welfare Board, else

renewal will not be possible.

On clicking PROCEED TO PAYMENT, it will redirect to the payment gateway.

Confirm by Clicking YES.

STEP-3: Enter Payment Details

Select the Mode of Payment (i.e. Cards (Credit/Debit, Net Banking, Wallet or UPI) and

proceed with the payment.
