If you are sending transcripts from an out-of-state institution, we do not
accept submissions of electronic transcripts via the SPEEDE network. Please
consult with your institution(s). If your institution(s) uses SPEEDE, please
request that your school send an official transcript in electronic PDF format to
[email protected].

Pay the nonrefundable $30 application fee (if you have not done so already) or submit a NACAC application fee waiver to [email protected]. If the
application fee was not paid at the time of application submission, you may pay it online via OASIS/Student Self Service.
NOTE: We will waive your admissions application fee based on the receipt of an original NACAC application fee waiver. The form must be emailed to
[email protected] along with your University ID (UID) number so we can match it with your application.

UPPER-LEVEL APPLICANTS

transcripts to USF electronically.

NOTE: Proving two consecutive years of the same Foreign Language is a state requirement for graduation. Upper-level transfer students do
not need to provide proof of Foreign Language for admission purposes.
If you were academically dismissed from USF,
were on academic probation or have a cumulative USF
GPA less than 2.0, please complete and submit an
ARC Petition.
