Dear BHS Students and Families,
We are happy to share our fall after school offerings! All programming begins Monday, October 4th.
After-school Procedures
All students are required to submit this permission slip. Paper copies can be submitted to Ms. Jackie in the
lobby during morning arrival, or can be emailed to [email protected].
After school activities will run from 3:30pm-5:30pm. At the conclusion of the school day, students should
proceed to the activity of their choosing, no pre registration is required. Students attending a program that
concludes at 4:30pm are free to join another activity until 5:30pm or self-dismiss.
Safety Protocols
All DOE safety procedures and CDC guidelines will be adhered to for all after school programs. Mask
wearing is required for all staff and students.
Our Middle School CCM Partnership
For middle school students, in addition to our BHS teacher-led after school programs, we currently are
supported by CCM (Community, Counseling, and Mediation). For these programs, you will need to complete
a separate consent form. THE CCM schedule can be accessed HERE and the permission slip HERE. The
hours for CCM are 3:30pm-6:30pm.
